sony S1 Tablet Honeycomb with Qriocity

if any of you were wondering why Sony was
not yet in the jungle of Android presented in this
tablet (technologically) burning early 2011, well
know that Sony is working on something of
great importance!

New rumors they want of the brilliant team of
engineers to work with a tablet Vaio (codename
S1) with a design from the “ sketch ” mysterious, which is half way between a Vaio notebook and
a Xperia Play, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb), with
Display 9.4 “ capacitive touch screen with 1280 x 800 and a dual-core CPU NVIDIA Tegra 2. There is
also a USB port and an IR port, which should
serve to control the TV made by Sony (Bravia
Media Remote). The only physical buttons are
present as the volume and one for the ignition.

Sony is focusing on multimedia: S1 will feature a
button “ Q” (for Qriocity, the new service just launched in Europe), for the purchase of movies,
music, ebooks and games (yes this tablet will be
PlayStation Certified oriented thus also to the
gaming!). Regarding the price, we have news “ unofficial” version for Wi-Fi that would be around $ 599,
due out in September.
